Job Description:
We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated Sales Representatives for the listed territories. As a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our clothing products, supported by our in-house art department and product development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within your territory
- Promote and sell Lone Rock Clothing products to new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the in-house art department and product development teams to meet client needs- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within your territory
Requirements:
- Multi-line representative not in direct competition with Lone Rock Clothing are welcome
- Proven sales experience in the clothing or related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively

Job Title: Customer Service/Data Entry
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: In-house only
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Data Entry specialist to join our team. This role requires flexibility, as daily tasks can vary. You will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers and sales representatives, entering orders into our in-house software from various sources such as paper forms, Excel spreadsheets, and online orders, and following up on these orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers and sales representatives promptly and professionally
- Enter orders into the in-house software accurately from paper forms, Excel spreadsheets, and online sources
- Follow up on orders to ensure they are processed correctly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues that arise
Requirements:
- In-house position only
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new software
Skills:
- Strong capability to learn and adapt to new software tools
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone

Job Title: Embroidery Digitizer
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: Remote work available
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Digitizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digitizing designs for both flats and headwear. You will collaborate closely with our Embroidery Manager and Art Team to fulfill the company's digitizing requirements. Proficiency in using Wilcom software is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Create and digitize embroidery designs for various products, including flats and headwear
- Collaborate with the Embroidery Manager and Art Team to ensure designs meet company standards
- Utilize Wilcom software for digitizing tasks
- Adapt and refine designs based on feedback and specific project needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in embroidery digitizing
- Portfolio of digitized designs must be provided for consideration
- Experience with digitizing for a laser bridge is a plus
Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Wilcom software
- Strong understanding of design principles and embroidery techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design
